How to successfully cook spring rolls?

France in some restaurants but also in specialized stores. For the more
courageous, you can also make them yourself, but no question of cooking them

when preparing spring rolls
If you have decided to treat yourself to spring rolls, you
can perfectly prepare them yourself, but you should know that the preparation
of this dish is quite technical, especially at the time of assembly.
Make sure to stuff your spring rolls with enough garnish so
that they are tasty, but do not fill them too much either to be able to close
them easily. Then slightly wet your rice paper and let it dry for a moment. You
can then form your spring rolls by squeezing them well but without forcing.
Indeed, your spring rolls must not open during cooking but they must not burst
under pressure either so be in the nuance!
The different
techniques for cooking your spring rolls
Once your spring rolls are prepared, all you have to do is
cook them. To do this, there are different techniques to make them crisp as you
want.
• Bake spring rolls in the oven
Baking spring rolls in the oven is the least caloric
solution and above all the easiest. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C then put your
spring rolls on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and let them cook for
about 30 minutes. Halfway through cooking, turn them over so that they brown
evenly. They are ready when the crust is golden!
• Cook spring rolls in a pan
Like cooking in the oven, cooking in a pan is less caloric
than cooking in the deep fryer. Pour a drizzle of oil in your pan or butter it
lightly then place your spring rolls and let them brown on each side. Turn them
over from time to time so that the spring rolls are crispy then, once ready,
place them on a plate covered with paper towels to prevent them from being too
greasy.
• Fry spring rolls
For the most greedy (and those in a hurry), the fryer is the
option to choose. Heat the oil in your fryer then place the spring rolls inside
the appliance and let them cook for 5 minutes. Take them out of the basket and
place them on absorbent paper to limit the amount of fat absorbed. Be careful
not to immerse them in too hot oil!
