To make a delicious invisible apple cake, for 4 people, you

• 4 apples
• 80 g flour
• 60g sugar
• 10 g of baking powder
• 100 ml of milk
• 20 ml extra virgin olive oil (or sunflower seeds)
• 2 eggs
• 2 lemons
The stages of preparation of the incredible invisible apple
cake by Cyril Lignac
Step 1: preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Step 2: start by washing the lemons, grate the skin of one
of them and squeeze the juice from both lemons.
Step 3: then peel the apples, remove the core and cut them
into thin slices using a mandolin.
Step 4: put all the apple slices in a salad bowl and sprinkle
them with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening. Book.
Step 5: meanwhile, prepare the dough by beating the eggs
with the oil, milk, sugar and grated lemon zest.
Step 6: then add the flour as well as the baking powder and
mix well so as not to leave lumps, until a homogeneous semi-liquid mixture is
obtained.
Step 7: Now pour the dough into the bowl with the apples and
mix gently with a spatula without breaking them.
Step 8: oil and flour an 18 cm mold (if not, you can use
baking paper) then pour in your preparation.
Step 9: bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool before
unmolding.
Step 10: Now you can enjoy yourself!
