Lobster is a marine crustacean that lives in cold European, American and

are the things to look out for in order to buy a lobster to your liking:

provenance
In Europe, the best lobster is the one caught between
Norway and the Mediterranean . It is recognizable by its dark
blue color. Very popular, the lobster caught along the coasts of Finistère
has a particularly fine and fragrant flesh.
It is also found in northern Canada and eastern United States but its
color is rather brown. It costs more than European lobster but it is often
criticized for having less taste.

How to store a
lobster?
Once purchased, be careful not to place it in the refrigerator in a
plastic bag until ready to cook! He would suffocate. It is best to
keep it in the crisper of the refrigerator, in a clean, damp cloth for a
maximum of 12 hours.
When cooked, lobster can be stored for 2 days in the refrigerator and
one month in the freezer.
